Naughty Minds Tease With Fake Windows 7 RC1 7048
Windows 7 has been loved by the beta testers and so they are eagerly waiting for the Windows 7 RC1 which is officially due sometime next month. But some of the naughty minds have teased users with torrents that claim to be the upcoming Windows 7 RC1. These fake builds not only carry the potential of harming your system but may also expose your data to those naughty minds who build it.
The Windows 7 (7048) build is actually built by editing the 7041 or 7046 according to the W7info, a windows 7 dedicated blog. And its mighty true that a RC1 release can’t come out until is completed by the perks working at Microsoft.
The fake build is hugely circulated by torrents and may carry potentially harmful software which are likely to expose your confidential data to the fellows who build those fake built. No one would like to have a pre-infected OS in their system.7
I was shocked to see that some of the good blogs also murmered the news to its reader without confirming. Though we won’t see a RC built soon but its clear that 7048 build is a fake. Microsoft has plans to release the first RC build sometime next month. Picture Credit.
