I’m currently residing here in Dubai, UAE, the same problem is experience right now as my Video call and voice call are now disabled. I tried your suggestion but it did’nt work…

Thanks a lot…it worked for me after uninstalling indian version and deleting yahoo folder from pgm files,then i installed and it’s working fine..thanks a lot……… :)

@Prajnya I doubt if their pc is infected with a virus/trojan. Or maybe the file must have corrupted while downloading! Tell them to download again or Skype would be a better alternative for free PC-2-PC calls. It has much better audio n video clarity! Try it!

Hello!

I was very happy to read this topic ‘coz my parents have the problem with call icon and I’m unable to do PC-PC calls. I referred them ur topic but they told me when they tried to install the US version from the provided link under this topic the system said “ymsgr1000_1102_us.exe is not a valid win32 application”.

I’ll be very thankful to u if u further suggest what to do.
